Our client base includes businesses of various shapes and sizes from small-medium sized local businesses to large national organisations. We have supplied IT hardware to locations throughout Australia and also internationally.

Our range of services extends far beyond that of general technical support and hardware supply – Phoenix IT also provides Internet / WAN solutions for linking office locations securely via the internet and are agents for various third party providers such as Telstra, Westnet and Genie Medical Solutions. Phoenix IT also provides high-level software and internet (website) development services for business and government.

Phoenix IT exercises sound judgment and discretion when evaluating a customer’s requirements and dealing with any complexities that may arise during the duration of a project to ensure the correct course of action is taken and to maintain its high level of service with it clients.

Phoenix IT may be required to make decisions to resolve issues during the course of a project and will do so with the customers’ best interests in mind. The customer will be notified if necessary to ensure a successful outcome is not compromised.
